Children’s Church

Children’s Church begins at the same time as worship in the sanctuary (9:30 in summer months, 10:30 during the school year). It is held downstairs in the children’s area (previously known as the nursery). This ministry is for all families who would like their young ones to have a special kid-friendly worship time. Bring children (infants welcome) downstairs  before worship, fill out a registration sheet, and pick them up after worship is over. They’ll have play time, a Bible lesson, worship time, and snack. All abilities welcome – please talk to our teachers about any special needs your children have. And understanding that there is no universal age at which children are ready to sit upstairs, we welcome children of all ages.

Most of our teachers and caregivers are education professionals, and the number of our staff flexes with the number and needs of the children who arrive any given Sunday. We welcome your questions, comments, and your help if you are in a position to volunteer occasionally.
